Radisson Hotel Toronto East

The stay here was PLEASANT on a business trip.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

Helpful staff who gave us great advice, and the food here was delicious, we savored every bite! 🍴

I seemed to have been charged a fair bit more for the room than I actually booked for, I was charged $198 aus dollars which is well over what I was quoted. It certainly was not value for money, please let me know how this has happened as I have used Booked.net many times and this is the first time I have been over charged

Loved the place, had a very very good stay on a business trip. It was updated, neat and with comfy beds. The staff were all truly outstanding, efficient. The location of this hotel was peaceful.

This brand hotel that you can stay worldwide but for the value of money the toronto east is the a good one for your consideration .

I loved the proximity of the different highways and to downtown Toronto.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant especially for a Sunday morning and I was underwhelmed by the room itself.

The room I was given was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It had a modern and stylish decor, made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The location of the hotel was ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Radisson.

I liked the fact that nobody bothered me,including housekeeping while the "do not disturb" sign was on,as most housekeeping at other hotels still do???

Well I had a fridge during my first time staying but didn't have one a few weeks later when I stayed again.

The stay was fine and we liked the duvet covers on the bed. It was very comfortable.

Door in bathroom looked like it had water damage, shower may have caused the problem. When we showered the floor was full of water.

The service was very good! There were wonderful, large rooms with comfy beds.- The staff were excellent, doing a great job.- The food was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean and modern the rooms were

The pillows and sleep number beds were very comfortable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Staff pointed out error in billing and removed erroneous telephone charges from the bill with no hassle.

Odd smell in hotel entrance before lobby. Mould in ceiling tiles in room entrance. When pointed out to staff, they spray painted the tiles. Dust bunnies in vent above shower head in bathroom.

The location was great for our wedding, with the rooms, lobby, and restaurants nearby; the service was exceptional, rooms were spotless and updated with a PA system.

Helpful staff, upgraded us since our booked room was not ready yet. It s a no nonsense business hotel.

the location is quite far from Toronto downtown, the metro stop is far from the hotel so you need to use yr car first. It takes a while to get to the center with at least one change of train. For us it was fine but it could be cumbersome to others
